I stayed in a double room at this hote with my friend. The double bed was cute and confortable. The view from window was great, we could see sun set from our room.
I used the shower, the water did not go away, so I had to stop havng shower before I wash my body. After I used the toilet, lots of water came into the bathroom and the floor filled with much water. We phoned the staff, but they never answer. Downstairs was leaking because of our bathroom. The price was including breakfast, but the staff did not give us "breakfast tickets" and did not explain about breakfast at all. We could not have a breakfast, or we had to pay about £3 each for breakfast. and never seen the staff, we just left the key in our room. Never use this hotel again.

We were not impressed with security, the door was left wide open. Got woken up at 4am very loud noise- nothing done about this. In a terrible area- bad service.Would not recommend.

The rooms here are budget-friendly, but still a decent size and come with a shower and bathroom. Overall, nothing too fancy but they get the job done 💁🏻♂️.

Nothing, it was awful.
Dirty, breached health and safety regulations and in a very run down area.

The hotel is a lovely place for a weekend in Liverpool. All the rooms are clean and warm enough with character with a nice owner and the staff is helpful...
No.

This place is in a great spot, close to a bus stop that takes you right into the city center and near an industrial area. The staff here are friendly and work hard to keep everything clean. 🌟

Very good and comfortable hotel. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast. Have internet access and good television. Despite the good things, I think it needs a good cleaning.
It took more than 30 minutes to find the hotel because my GPS took us to unknown places. I think they need to improve the question of how to find the hotel.

friendliness and helpfulness of staff value for money only drawback is that it's off the beaten track, but the staff picked us up from the coach station so that really helped

the staff and the owner were all amicable and professional. the setting was quiet and absolutely perfect, short walk to the town centre as well as liverpool. plus, main attraction such as st george's hall liverpool was 2 km from this hotel.

location was close to city centre, and the cost of a taxi to and from the hotel was very reasonable.
acess to room was up a very narrow flight of stairs, so if you had a large suitcase, you would have problems getting up the stairs, three bed room was small with a double bed and one single bed, not ideal if you wanted your own bed,.that said it was only for one night and we didn,t spend much time in the room.

Enjoyed my one-night stay here and would definitely come back. The location was nice and peaceful, especially near the "Wine Bar" 🍷.

If you were on the run, from the law or a bad relationship or whatever, you could be forgiven for thinking that this "hotel" would offer the perfect hideaway: it is a 35 mins walk (nearly 2.5 miles) from the edge of the city centre,on a road which even cab drivers don't recognise and in the shadow of a huge derelict warehouse.But......the price you pay,in money and in discomfort, almost beggars belief and would turn the most ardent runaway into a reformed character within a few days. Features include: surly staff whose idea of customer service is to look up momentarily from a screen and smile painfully at you; a shower which floods the bathroom and the bedroom; no towels; a bedside lamp which doesn't work; a view over acres of abandoned dockland; a stunningly bad "breakfast" in a clapped out bar area and a general ambience similar to a Rackman-like,high density/low quality bedsit from the 1950's (although they would have had better manners in those days). Avoid this venue at all costs.
